I've downloaded Pando 2.3.3.0. I operate on OS 10.4.11. I am a seriously techno-challenged individual! However I followed the instructions like a good chap and dragged and dropped .MOV files to the tune of 288MB and pressed the send via e-mail button. Absolutely nothing happened. There was no Package name or anything indicating that the 'Package' was being uploaded/sent/transmitted or whatever.

So I had a go with one file amounting to 51MB. And absolutely nothing happened again.

Have I got the wrong version of Pando or what?

I've been waiting for weeks to be able to send a whole load of files from Thailand to the UK and, to say the least, I'm frustrated as heck that nothing is happening.

Please advise.

Is the file open in the background that you are trying to send?

The answer is 'no'. I just dragged the file(s) (unopened) from the 'master file' into the window.

best wishes

Do you have any security software installed?

Again the answer is 'no' - I think. This just confirms my lack of techo-knowledge!

I do have something called Norton AntiVirus, something called Norton Auto-Protect and, under 'Security', FileVault which isn't turned on.

best wishes

If you drag and drop the .pando files directly into the Pando program, does the download start?

It is possible the Norton applications are blockign Pando, please consult their documentation to ensure that Pando has unrestricted access.

I don't have any documentation for either of the Norton softwares. I have opened them up and checked their preferences but I cannot find anything that inhibits the use of Pando.

As I said earlier, I'm not a techno-wizard and therefore I'm at somewhat of a loss as to what exactly I'm supposed to look for and where.

best wishes

David
