I'm trying to download Luna Online,
and everything is fine until it actually tries to install the game.
And error message keeps popping up that says;
"Your system is currently not allowing access to our servers."
I went to the help page, and honestly I didn't find any help at all :/
theirs no option on my firewall to allow access to the PMB, or whatever the hell I'm supposed to do...

any help is highly, highly appreciated. :)

Hello,

Most connection issues are caused by a firewall, router or security service that is preventing Pando Media Booster from talking to our servers. For most of these applications all you will need to do is grant PMB.EXE full access to the web in your firewall settings.

We have provided a guide to some of the more popular firewall applications here:

http://www.pandonetworks.com/games/help/firewall

If that does not help, Which firewall software are you using?

Hello,

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble using PMB. If you can provide your logs, it can help us determine what might be the source of your issues.

The file we are looking for is Pando.log. To produce more detailed information, please try the following steps:

1. Run the downloader.

2. Hit: Ctrl-Alt-Shift-M

This should enable advance logging.

3. Close your downloader, and run it again to restart the download.

4. When the issue re-appears, hit: Ctrl-Alt-Shift-N

5. You will see Pando.log. Save this to your desktop, and then attach to
your reply.

6. Hit: Ctrl-Alt-Shift-M again to disable the advance logging.

Please email these files to downloader@pandonetworkc.com. This information will help us determine what may be causing issues on your machine. Your help in troubleshooting this issue is very much appreciated.
